Shipping

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER THE PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

​

Our standard shipping is 5 to 10 business days processing; 1-3 business days shipping (depending upon the shipping option that is chosen.)

International shipping is 10 to 14 business days processing; 6-10 business days shipping (depending upon the shipping option that is chosen.)

**International orders will have import fees** Please note that it is the customers responsibility to cover the import fees for their purchase.

Due to high volume, expected shipping & processing time  is 7-14 business days, (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.

Preorders 

​

Preorders are orders placed for an item that has not yet been released. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase for any item that has PREORDER listed. The date in the description of the item is an estimated ship date, which means we expect this item to arrive to us on that date and it will ship to the customer on that date. 

Merchandise can arrive before or after the expected date in the description, so if there is a delay we will notify the customer via email.

If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email or phone.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send USPS/UPS tracking information to the email address on the order form. 

​​

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

​​

Since tracking labels are PRE-PRINTED, tracking information will not be available until USPS scans the package.
